WHAT CLEANERS DO YOU USE?

We use commercial grade cleaners and surfactants. These products are not available to the general public and are not bought in retail stores. They are safe, biodegradable, and not harmful to people, animals, or the environment.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN MY HOUSE, DECK, OR DRIVEWAY?

Our equipment is commercial grade, not consumer grade like the ones sold at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We use awesome, safe cleaners and low pressure when pressure washing houses, decks, or fences. Driveway cleaning will NOT be done by wand. Wands can permanently etch and damage concrete, so we use professional concrete cleaning equipment. It resembles a floor buffer but is used to clean concrete. The results are fantastic!

WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT MY PLANTS, FLOWERS, AND VEGETABLES?

We recommend that you cover delicate flowers – such as roses, immature plants, and veggies for prevention sake only. Our cleaners are very safe but will dehydrate young plants for a few days. We take extra steps to rinse off all vegetation around the perimeter of your home.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO BE SERVICED?

No, you do not have to be home for us to service your home. Please make sure that ALL the windows are shut. We have arrived at homes before and could not pressure wash because someone left a window open! Most of our customers leave a check or call the office to pay over the phone once they have inspected the completed work.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR PRESSURE WASHING?

Please remove all hanging baskets, flags, wreaths, cushions, or anything that you don’t want to get wet or have cleaners on. If you have a screened porch or deck, please remove all items so that we can clean everything well. Chairs can be stacked to one side, and the table can be left as long as we can get around to clean UNDER the areas. When in doubt, move it. If you prefer, you may remove window screens, and we will rinse them off with the pressure washer while cleaning the house.

DO YOU USE HIGH PRESSURE OR LOW PRESSURE WHEN PRESSURE WASHING?

We only use low pressure. High pressure can damage paint, vinyl, or wood when used improperly.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN PRESSURE WASHING AND POWER WASHING?

There is no difference – they are one in the same.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Most houses are completed within 1-2 hours. Our commercial equipment and excellent cleaners enable us to be fast and effective. Driveways will take 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size.

DO YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes, we operate by appointments. We make EVERY effort to be on time for each one. If we are detained – whether by traffic or the customer ahead of you adds another service while we are there, we will contact you to let you know. We also will give you a call when we are heading to your home, as a courtesy, if you request it.

WHAT PAYMENT FORMS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and debit cards.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

We will knock or ring the bell when we arrive to let you know we are there. We will discuss anything that you have questions or concerns about before we ever begin working. All kids, animals, and grown-ups should be INSIDE, once we start. Once the work is completed, we will ring your bell again, so that you can inspect everything. Once you have inspected and signed off with your happy satisfaction, we will collect payment.

ARE YOU INSURED? HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF YOUR INSURANCE CERTIFICATES?

Absolutely! We carry Workers Compensation and General Liability.

DO YOU GIVE OUT DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS?

Yes, for each referral that you send to us, we will send you a $20 off coupon. Some folks get their houses or driveways cleaned FREE each year because they have recommended so many new customers to us!
